false advertising shabby room
I booked a stay, believing the hotel had a pool, a feature advertised on their website. I discovered on arrival that this was false. (False advertising is a huge annoyance for me). the room I received had peeling wallpaper and chipped paint. The general state of the room was quite shabby, diminishing my overall experience.

excellent service renovated room fresh towels
the staff provided excellent service . room 220 was recently renovated and quite large. fresh towels were supplied each day during cleaning.
the driver was not very communicative or friendly.

the rooms were very clean with amenities. the hotel features entertainment, especially on tuesday and thursday. the bar service provided half-price drinks , a wonderful gesture.

the food presented plentiful choices with a varied menu. zeeshan, our waiter, proved attentive, courteous, and eager. i enjoyed the dining room as it was well-organized offering a good selection.

amazing hotel stay!
helpful staff room cleanliness excellent food
I traveled with alfa travel for five days and i must say, the staff were helpful! the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and lounges were superb. I felt right at home. the food was also excellent. I especially loved the welcome from the assistant manager, the speedy check-in, and the tea and coffee available at reception!
I found that the chairs in the entertainment room weren't very comfortable. It kept me from fully enjoying the entertainment.

The hotel staff were friendly. They assisted with luggage promptly. The dining room offered a good selection of food. I noticed fresh towels daily in my room.
My room faced the road. Traffic noise was noticeable early in the morning. I found the chairs in the entertainment room uncomfortable. The lifts seemed small and could only accommodate two people.
