I traveled with alfa travel for five days and i must say, the staff were helpful! the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms and lounges were superb. I felt right at home. the food was also excellent. I especially loved the welcome from the assistant manager, the speedy check-in, and the tea and coffee available at reception!
I found that the chairs in the entertainment room weren't very comfortable. It kept me from fully enjoying the entertainment.

The hotel staff were friendly. They assisted with luggage promptly. The dining room offered a good selection of food. I noticed fresh towels daily in my room.
My room faced the road. Traffic noise was noticeable early in the morning. I found the chairs in the entertainment room uncomfortable.
